Aber die gro\u00dfe Chance war gegeben, unter den neuen politischen Bedingungen in einem politisch unabh\u00e4ngigen Verein den geliebten Rudersport auszu\u00fcben. Diese Chance wurde genutzt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/1884.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10303 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/1884.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"83\" height=\"81\"><\/a>In der Gr\u00fcndungsversammlung am 16. Mai 1990 wurde der&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;\u201eWei\u00dfenfelser Ruderverein von 1884 e.V.\u201c ein \u201ezweites\u201c Mal aus der Taufe&nbsp; &nbsp; gehoben. Als Vorsitzender wurde Ruderkamerad Klaus Ritter gew\u00e4hlt &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mit Eifer wurde der Trainingsbetrieb der Rennruderer weiter betrieben. Mit Stolz kann unser Verein eine Vielzahl von Erfolgen registrieren, die seit 1990 bei Regatten und Landesmeisterschaften im Kinder- und Jugendbereich erzielt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Verein geh\u00f6rt neben den Vereinen aus Halle und Magdeburg zu den Leistungstr\u00e4gern der Ruderjugend Sachsen-Anhalt (RJ SA).<\/p>\n<p>Bei den Bundeswettbewerben (inoffizielle Deutsche Meisterschaft der 12-14-J\u00e4hrigen) sind wir mit einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl Sportlern in der Landesauswahl vertreten. Die RJ SA erreichte viele Spitzenposition in der L\u00e4nderwertung.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2018&nbsp; M\u00fcnchen&nbsp; 1. Platz<\/li>\n<li>2019&nbsp; Salzgitter&nbsp; 3. Damit trugen zum guten Ansehen des Wei\u00dfenfelser Rudervereins bei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Stellvertretend sollen einige Sportler erw\u00e4hnt werden: Franziska Wagner, Erhard G\u00fcnther, Franziska Schl\u00fcter, Holger Kermer, Paul T\u00e4ubert, Hannes J\u00e4nicke, Paul Rosenberg, Jannine Jakob.<\/p>\n<p>Besonderen Anteil an den genannten Erfolgen hatte die Trainerin Dagmar Ritter mit ihrem \u00dcbungsleiterteam. Trotz ihrer beruflichen Belastungen sicherten sie Woche f\u00fcr Woche den Trainingsbetrieb ab und begleiteten ihre Sportler bei Regatten und Wettbewerben. motivieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ganz nat\u00fcrlich ist es, dass durch schulische, berufliche und andere private Gr\u00fcnde Vereinsmitglieder den aktiven Rudersport aufgaben oder sich anderweitig orientierten.<\/p>\n<p>Gleiches gilt auch f\u00fcr Trainer, \u00dcbungsleiter und Betreuer.<\/p>\n<p>Es gelang jedoch immer wieder aus dem Kreis der aktiven und nicht mehr aktiven Ruderer \u00dcbungsleiter oder Betreuer f\u00fcr den Trainings- und Wettkampfbetrieb zu gewinnen und damit in letzter Konsequenz den Wei\u00dfenfelser Rudersport zu sichern.<\/p>\n<p>Langj\u00e4hrige \u00dcbungsleiter:<\/p>\n<p>Egon Fergin, Ralf Warzecha, Mathias Zahn, Anke Kermer, Ronald Beer, Laura Ebisch, J\u00f6rg Rottmann.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Neue Dimensionen beim Wanderrudern \/ Freizeitrudern<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mit der Wende er\u00f6ffneten sich auch f\u00fcr das Wanderrudern neue Dimensionen, denn es konnten nun auch Rudergebiete in ganz Deutschland erschlossen und neue Ruderfreundschaften geschlossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>So wurde \u201eNeuwasser\u201c f\u00fcr Fahrten auf Donau, Naab, Main, Rhein und Lahn f\u00e4llig. Fahrten auf allen Berliner Gew\u00e4ssern erm\u00f6glichten neue, sch\u00f6ne Rudererlebnisse.<\/p>\n<p>Ruderfreunde aus Aschaffenburg, Bremerhaven, Karlstadt und Regensburg stellten fest, dass auch die landschaftlich sch\u00f6ne, kulturell reiche und geschichtstr\u00e4chtige Saale- Unstrut- Region ein ideales Rudergebiet ist. Das best\u00e4tigten ebenfalls Rudergemeinschaften, die bei ihren Wanderfahrten auf Saale und Unstrut an unserem Bootshaus Rast machten. Dazu geh\u00f6rten z. B. die Ruderinnen der 26. Damen-Wanderfahrt der DRV, eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gruppe niederl\u00e4ndischer Ruderer sowie Ruderkameraden aus L\u00fcbeck.<\/p>\n<p>Waren in den ersten Jahren nur Fahrten bis Freyburg m\u00f6glich, ist durch den Neubau der Freyburger Schleuse 1996 wieder die traditionelle Strecke auf der Unstrut ab Ro\u00dfleben\/ Memleben ohne Probleme befahrbar. Dies ist umso angenehmer, da auch die Schleusen Tr\u00f6bsdorf, Laucha und Zeddenbach rekonstruiert wurden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Wanderfahrt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10308\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Wanderfahrt-300x245.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"472\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Wanderfahrt-300x245.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.wrv-rudern.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Wanderfahrt.jpg 404w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 578px) 100vw, 578px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201eFamilienfoto\u201c der Teilnehmer der Unstrut -Saale- Wanderfahrt, Juni 1999,<br \/>\nauf der Schleuseninsel in Freyburg<\/p>\n<p>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich wurden auch die bereits bestehenden freundschaftlichen Beziehungen zu Ruderfreunden aus Berlin, Aken, Dessau, Halle, Mei\u00dfen, Merseburg und Zschornewitz gepflegt und vertieft. Besondere H\u00f6hepunkte waren die allj\u00e4hrlich im September stattfindenden Senioren- Achter- Fahrten auf den Berliner Gew\u00e4ssern und die Unstrut- Saale- Wanderfahrt im Juni 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Suche nach neuen Mitgliedern entstand durch Initiativen, wie zum Beispiel ein Prominente- Rudern eine Freizeitgruppe. W\u00f6chentliche Ausfahrten, Wanderfahrten auf vielen Gew\u00e4ssern im In- und Ausland stehen auf dem Plan dieser Sportfreunde. Diese Gruppe trifft sich zu Aktivit\u00e4ten in der Sporthalle und unterst\u00fctzt die Durchf\u00fchrung der Vereinsfeste durch die Gestaltung eines Kuchenverkauf zu Gunsten der jungen Sportler.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u2026\u2026materiellen Bedingungen (Bauma\u00dfnahmen)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Durch ungekl\u00e4rte Eigentumsverh\u00e4ltnisse des Bootshauses (Weihe 1924) waren jahrelang nur sporadische Renovierungsarbeiten get\u00e4tigt worden.<\/p>\n<p>Dem Vorstand gelang es 2003 mit dem Eigent\u00fcmer der Wei\u00dfenfelser Wohnungsverwaltung (WVW) ein tragbares Konzept f\u00fcr unser ehrw\u00fcrdiger Haus zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Umbau konnten die Trainingsbedingungen deutlich verbessert werden.
